This is most evident in Duke’s latest endeavor. It is Mike’s hope that Aberdeen will cultivate in its residents a stronger connection to people & nature, as well as encourage a more active lifestyle. All this, to point residents towards something greater than themselves.

Duke has always made it a goal to do the best in everything he does, always striving towards excellence. When it comes to developing land, this desire stems both from his faith and his heritage. John Duke, Mike’s great great great great grandfather settled in the nearby area after the revolutionary war where the family has been farming ever since. With this long connection to the area and a family history of working with the land, it is even more important to Mike that the land is developed the right way, with sustainability, excellence, and master plans in mind. It means a great deal to him. And he believes the site will end up being special to many others as well.

We were recommended to Mike through a friend of ours when we started our search for building our home. From our very first meeting with him, we knew it would be a good partnership. Mike is very personal, genuine and kind. He got exactly what we were wanting and even had the perfect piece of property that we were able to get. 
The process of drawing up plans was quite fun. We told them everything we wanted and showed them exteriors that we loved in terms of style and they truly did an incredible job of giving us exactly what we envisioned. 
I will be honest in saying that in terms of price it was higher than we expected but you can't get better quality than you do with Duke Homes so we were okay paying a bit higher because of the service we knew we would get. 
When Mike gave us our General Contractor, Kevin, we were excited to start the process with him. Kevin was incredible to work with from the very beginning. He always made us feel incredibly important and like we were his only clients he was working with. He was quick to return calls and always checked in on the site almost daily. I honestly can't remember a day that he didn't stop by the site. He is very thorough and knows what he is talking about. He walked us through potential issues and always had a solution for them. He made our process so enjoyable and at the end of our building, he was like family to us. 
We highly recommend Duke Homes if you are looking for great quality and great customer service. They truly are one of a kind!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience building with Duke Homes. My wife and I saw integrity lived out during each meeting and throughout the entire building process. With Duke Homes, we knew we weren’t receiving tips and recommendations that would artificially drive up the cost of our home.
